FireAPI.io offers limited refunds under specific circumstances.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are applicable ONLY IF:
- 1.API services are permanently stopped/discontinued from our side
- 2.Issues remain unresolved & service is unusable from our end
Refund will be applicable ONLY for unused balance/credits, after internal verification.
No Full Refund Guarantee
We DO NOT provide full refund once credits are consumed or API usage has taken place.
Refund calculation depends on:
- •Wallet-based usage,
- •Prepaid credit remaining,
- •Consumption usage logs.
Deduction Charges
While issuing refund, the following are deducted:
- •3–5% Platform + Payment Gateway Fees
- •Any used credits/requests
- •Any bonus, offer based credits are non-refundable
Not Eligible for Refund
No refund in cases of:
- ✕User misuse or API over-consumption
- ✕Downtime caused by third-party vendor/source changes
- ✕Wrong API usage, wrong parameter input, integration errors
- ✕Change in personal/business requirement
Refund Process
- 1.Submit a ticket at support@fireapi.io
- 2.Our team reviews logs & usage within 5–10 working days
- 3.Approved refunds are processed to source account/credit wallet
