To the maximum extent permitted by law, FireAPI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from: - Your use or inability to use the Services, - Any content or behavior of any third party on the Services, - Any unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content. Our total liability for any claim under these Terms is limited to the amount you paid to FireAPI (if any) for the Services in the 12 months preceding the claim.
